  • No Expiration: Credits never expire and remain in your account until used

3. Free Trial Credits

New users receive 1,000 free trial credits to test our email verification service. Please note:

  • Trial credits are provided free of charge with no payment required
  • Trial credits are non-refundable as they are complimentary
  • Trial credits follow the same validation rules as paid credits
  • Trial credits can be used to verify 1,000 email addresses

4. Credit Purchase Refund Policy

4.1 Pay-As-You-Go Credits (One-Time Purchase)

Credits purchased through pay-as-you-go packages are generally non-refundable once the purchase is complete because:

  • Credits are instantly added to your account and available for immediate use
  • Credits do not expire and retain their value indefinitely
  • You have the flexibility to use them at any time

4.2 Recurring Credit Subscriptions

For recurring monthly credit subscriptions:

  • Credits are billed and added to your account monthly
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Credits already added to your account are non-refundable
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Unused credits from previous months remain in your account after cancellation

5. Exceptional Circumstances and Support

While our standard policy is that credits are non-refundable, we understand that unusual situations may occur. In cases of:

  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect credit deduction
  • Service failures preventing email validation
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unusual account activity or suspected fraud
  • Any other exceptional circumstances

6. Service Quality Issues

7. Account Termination and Violations
